We began concrete construction for Cosm Detroit on June 25, 2025, with scheduled completion on March 31, 2025.

Despite early site challenges, the team maintained an aggressive pace by leveraging detailed sequencing and overtime coordination to keep the commercial project on track. The venue's official opening is expected by the end of 2026, bringing an entirely new era of immersive entertainment to downtown Detroit.

What type of concrete work did Amalio Corporation complete on the Cosm project?
